Dave Was a fantastic man and very loyal and loving. He took me in as if i was one of his own and treated me very much like his own daughter..I will always remember him for that and miss him dearly.. He was a very hard workin man and always wanted to make sure that his wife was secure.Dave loved his holidays to america with his sister and brother in law every Oct which is gonna be a hard time for val to get her head around....But most of all He loved his friday's and Sundays down the Brook House Pub With his double Vodka and Diet Coke in a Bottle..with his close pals. The place will never be the same Without him there...

What a character!!!!!
Growing up as a kid we used to go on holidays with Dave, Val, kids with my Mum and Dad, Brother and spend many a weekend with them. I would of liked to of said to Dave and my brother will vouch with me on this, how much my old man and Dave have influnced our lives, even down to the cursing. I will always have memories of the laughs, work hard, play hard attitude, rolled in with stick by the family through thick and thin which will stay with me forever. Dave is one of this worlds greatest characters that is irreplaceable and will hold a place in mine and brothers as well as many others hearts forever, which i will also pass on to our kids. My sympathy goes out to everyone who was lucky enough to know Dave.
Today is the day that you are Laid to rest Dave,may you sleep peacefully in God,s Garden amongst the other Angels and watch over your Loving family from Heaven God Bless you x♥x
Dave I cant believe your no longer here with us,I'll never forget the last words you said to me on Christmas day, but oh how glad I am that I took notice and joined you in the pub for a drink. Give Ash a kiss for me please. Miss you, take care until we are all together again. x

Dave i am missin u so much already and we havent even said our final goodbye yet, but i know u r safe now and not suffering anymore and that ashley is there with you lookin after you and showin you the ropes.. Josh misses you so much and always look up at the stars and says there's Grandad its very sad...But he has got the best memories of you and is now lookin after his nanny....
